Job Description:The Administrative Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and facilities-related tasks. Key responsibilities include conducting daily walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement, assisting with general repairs, managing petty cash, handling outdoor tasks, and maintaining inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Assist the facilities team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
  • Perform outdoor errands such as bank transactions, market purchases, and courier services.
  • Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Manage petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in facilities support or administration.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle petty cash and maintain accurate records.
  • Reliable and able to perform outdoor tasks as required.
