Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide high-level support to our Directors, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex schedules, calendars, and itineraries for senior executives.
  • Prepare and edit a wide range of documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems and record-keeping practices.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
