
Administrative Services Coordinator

Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our managers and employees, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence
- Assist in daily office needs, such as ordering supplies, maintaining filing systems, and performing data entry tasks
- Liaise with internal and external clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing general customer service
- Develop and maintain a filing system, both physical and digital, to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping
- Plan and coordinate meetings, including sending invitations, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Prepare regularly scheduled reports, including gathering data, formatting documents, and presenting findings
- Maintain contact lists, including updating records, verifying information, and communicating with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with CRM software and database management
