Cloud Solutions Specialist

Develop and execute sales strategies within the Microsoft Qualified Lead Referral Program (MSQRP) to expand OEM partnerships and increase sales.

  • Identify and contact relevant customers for Microsoft-qualified referrals.
  • Schedule Microsoft Teams meetings with qualified leads to discuss their IT infrastructure needs.
  • Recommend suitable Microsoft Licensing solutions to customers.
  • Manage client relationships for successful solution implementation.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft products and services.
  • Identify and resolve M365 Licensing issues.
  • Support account managers with licensing discussions using in-depth Microsoft Licensing knowledge.
  • Analyze customer licensing needs to identify gaps or optimization opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technology sales or lead generation roles, with ability to scope and price solutions independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Cloud certifications or knowledge of Microsoft programs are beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft software and licensing plans is advantageous.
  • Strong learning ability, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
  • Passion for industry trends and sales development.
