Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM/CE Consultant to join our team. As a CRM/CE Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, customizing, and maintaining CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Dynamics CRM).

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design scalable CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Lead the implementation process, including configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with other systems.
  • Develop custom workflows, plugins, custom entities, and scripts to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other business applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
  • Provide training to end-users and administrators on how to use Dynamics 365 CE effectively. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Create detailed technical documentation including solution design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Perform thorough testing of CRM solutions to ensure they meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. Continuously improve your skills and knowledge through training and certifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MB-200/MB-210) and Power Platform (PL-400/PL-600) are a plus.

Experience: 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE including implementation, customization (forms, views, workflows, plugins using C#/.NET), and system integrations via Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or custom APIs.

Technical Expertise: Proficient in Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven): App design, custom controls, connectors, performance tuning. Power Automate: Cloud/desktop flows, error handling, scalable integrations. Power BI: Report/dashboard creation, DAX, data modeling, and workspace governance. Dataverse: Schema design, relationships, security model, and data handling.

Additional Skills: Hands-on experience with ALM & DevOps: Solution management, Git-based source control, Power Platform Build Tools, and Azure DevOps pipelines. Strong grasp of Governance & Admin: Power Platform Admin Center, DLP policies, CoE Starter Kit analytics, environment strategy, licensing, capacity, and audit logging.

Desirable Skills: Technical expertise in custom development: Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET/C#, custom connectors, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API integrations. Integration experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, Webhooks, and ETL tools like Azure Data Factory. Familiarity with telemetry, usage KPIs, and CoE dashboard customization.

Soft Skills: Experience mentoring citizen developers, writing internal how-to guides, and engaging in internal/external Power Platform communities. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
