Lead Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive business development and support strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Manage client relationships and resolve issues with company websites and online marketing efforts.
  • Traffic and optimize corporate website content, driving user experience and conversions.
  • Design and distribute email campaigns, including creative development and backend analysis.
  • Explore new e-commerce and online opportunities to support marketing strategy.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of e-campaigns, including lists, timelines, and results.
  • Provide interactive reports to update strategic managers.
Requirements:
  • Effective communication with employees and outside contacts.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to think critically and evaluate solutions.
  • Thorough knowledge of internet processes and functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate degree in computer science or business management; 3+ years of professional work experience in online forums marketing; knowledge of Flash, CSS, HTML, and Photoshop.
