We're looking for a results-driven Business Developer to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base and growing our revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Develop strategies to attract new clients and promote agency services
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align service offerings with client needs

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition — ideally in a creative, digital, or design-focused agency
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation strategies
  • A strong network and/or experience targeting businesses in industries that benefit from design services (startups, tech, e-commerce, etc.)

Bonus Points If You Have

  • An understanding of design/branding terminology and agency processes
  • Existing client base or relevant industry contacts
