We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the position of Cloud Infrastructure Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing and maintaining on-premises, cloud-based systems, infrastructure, and security. This includes designing, building and deploying scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
To achieve this, the ideal candidate should possess excellent technical skills in cloud computing, specifically with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). Experience in monitoring and optimizing cloud infrastructure is also essential.
Additionally, the successful candidate will need to have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be organized, able to prioritize, and multitask effectively.
In terms of technical requirements, the successful candidate will need to have hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services such as EC2, EBS, VPC, S3, IAM, AMI, Route53, etc., as well as experience with Microsoft Azure VM, security groups, VCP, and gateways. Familiarity with virtualization technologies including ESXi, VMware, and Hyper-V cluster management is also required. Good knowledge of Veeam Backup, Replication, and Recovery is also desired.
This role requires strong leadership skills, including being organized, able to prioritize, and multitask effectively. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing hosting sites for domains, SSL certificates, and email accounts.
