As a business leader responsible for multiple branches, you will oversee the smooth operation of all sites under your supervision. Your role is to provide guidance and support to other branches as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Customer Service: You are accountable for delivering exceptional sales performance and customer satisfaction across all branches.
  2. Branch Operations: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including stock management, inventory control, and employee supervision.
  3. Budget and Cost Control: Develop and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize branch performance and drive business growth.
  4. People Management: Foster a positive work environment, leading by example, and developing high-performing teams.

Directly report to senior management, with responsibility for translating strategic objectives into actionable plans for all branches. Effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business goals, promoting the company brand image in all customer interactions.

Job Requirements
  1. Pursue an MBA in Marketing or relevant field with 5+ years of experience in Retail Operations.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficient in IT skills, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business success.
