We are seeking a Medical Care Professional to oversee the delivery of medical care within our project context. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective patient management for integrated health interventions.

">Responsibilities
  • Provide medical management for prevalent diseases, including TB and common comorbidities, ensuring treatment adherence and proper follow-up according to updated guidelines.
  • Participate in training on newer regimens for MDR-TB, ensuring seamless integration into treatment protocols.
  • Monitor patient progress, manage adverse events, and adjust treatment regimens as needed, ensuring safety and best clinical practices.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders for coordinated care and timely referrals.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting, supporting data collection and case documentation.
  • Conduct regular reviews of clinical data to assess treatment outcomes and address challenges in care delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current registration with a recognized medical board.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, managing TB patients in hospital and field settings.
