Senior Technical Solutions Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This role provides technical support and guidance to users across the Oracle Fusion Platform, building system domain knowledge and communicating technical fixes to stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include resolving IT-related incidents, prioritizing customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high-performance culture within the IT Service Desk.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements to local risk and compliance processes.

• Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to users by resolving IT-related incidents and requests through troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem resolution.

  • Build system domain knowledge across the Fusion estate, to provide guidance on the usage and operation of the Oracle Fusion Platform.

  • Communicate technical fixes such as root cause analysis and configurations in an understandable manner to users and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business teams, Project Fusion teams, wider POD teams, ERP Strategy, and Support Teams.

  • Take ownership and deliver a level of service that prioritizes customer satisfaction in issue resolution.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IT systems and technologies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality and efficiency of IT services.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to drive business success.

  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments on IT-related matters.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, identifying and mitigating risks associated with emerging technology solutions.

  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
