Job Role:

An HSE Specialist is required to implement and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards within logistics and warehouse operations.

  • Assist in developing and enforcing HSE policies and procedures at site level aligned with corporate standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections, safety audits, and quality checks to identify hazards or non-compliance.
  • Support risk assessments and participate in incident/accident investigations, documenting findings and corrective actions.
  • Promote and facilitate HSE training and awareness sessions for employees and contractors.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, training, and compliance data.

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in QHSE roles within logistics, warehousing, or industrial settings. Basic knowledge of local and international HSE regulations is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE standards and systems
  • Conduct inspections, safety audits, and quality checks
  • Support risk assessments and incident investigations
  • Promote HSE training and awareness sessions
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and incidents

This role requires strong observational, reporting, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with safety management software are also desirable.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in QHSE roles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent certification
