NADRA invites eligible candidates to express their interest in providing services as a Legal Officer Digital ID Specialist. The successful candidate will provide professional expertise and assist in project management while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
The Digital Economy Enhancement Project (DEEP) aims to enhance the digital economy in Pakistan. NADRA seeks to hire a Legal Officer Digital ID Specialist to provide expert services in digital ID laws, legislations, PPP legal frameworks, World Bank regulations, and GoP requirements.
Candidates must possess the required qualifications and experience, including:
- A Master of Laws (LLM), preferably in commercial, corporate, or electronic data laws, from a HEC-recognized university.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a legal officer/advisor for international projects, preferably World Bank-funded.
The consultant will also have strong legal research skills and interpretation of laws, rules, and statutes. Selection will be through the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method as per procurement regulations.
