
Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in growing our business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound leads from potential restaurant owners and home chefs interested in joining our platform.
You will conduct research and identify potential partners through offline channels such as local directories, industry events, and referrals. Establishing strong relationships with these partners is crucial, so you must be able to provide them with information about our services, benefits, and pricing effectively.
Your other key responsibilities include qualifying leads, conducting persuasive sales presentations over the phone, negotiating terms and agreements with potential partners, and assisting with onboarding new partners. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and KPIs is also essential to your success.
To be successful in this role, you should have an MBA, BBA, or B.Com degree from a reputable university. Proven experience in telesales, sales, or a similar sales role is also required. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills, and self-motivation. Familiarity with the restaurant industry and home chef community is a plus.
