- Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
- Lead and manage project teams ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitor progress.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment encouraging innovation and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Align project objectives with the company's overall sales strategy and business goals.
- Manage project budgets ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
- Track project expenses and provide regular financial reports.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Prepare detailed project reports including status updates, budget tracking, and performance metrics.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project management and sales.
- Continuously seek ways to improve project management processes and tools.
- Provide mentorship and training to junior team members on project management best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, client relationship management, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and CRM systems.
