MFT Support Expert

A challenging role is available for a senior engineer who can make a significant impact.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join us as a Delivery Manager and take on the responsibilities of delivering L2/L3 support for MFT platforms, leading incident investigation and resolution, and providing real-time leadership during major incidents.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert-level support for MFT platforms via 24x7 shift rotation.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve high-priority issues, driving root cause analysis and implementing preventive actions.
- Lead incident response efforts, conduct shift handovers, allocate workload, and prioritize tasks to ensure timely response and SLA adherence.
- Offer leadership and updates during major incidents, maintain shift performance metrics, and escalate persistent issues.
- Enhance system monitoring, alerting, and reporting to improve service reliability and reduce MTTR.
- Contribute to knowledge base, SOPs, and runbooks for consistent troubleshooting practices.
- Mentor junior engineers on technical and procedural aspects.
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT support teams, ensuring clear communication on service status.
