
Regional Sales Growth Specialist

Job Description:
The Regional Sales Growth Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales and business growth within the assigned region. This includes fostering strong relationships with existing operators, onboarding new ones, and ensuring effective distribution management.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive business to desired ambition of Underlying Volume Growth/Sales Growth and track targets across all channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with operators to ensure mutual understanding and cooperation.
- Promote chefmanship capabilities by conducting regular kitchen trainings and workshops with chefs.
- Stay informed about competitive activities and market feedback, and share this knowledge with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze financial metrics, including business profitability and gross margin, to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and oversee projects such as activations, launch plans, and marketing strategies, focusing on meticulous execution and post-launch evaluations.
- Redefine processes based on post-execution analysis, utilizing analytical skills and expertise.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned area, enhance efficiency of existing business models, and implement benchmark models where feasible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG B2B / Food Services industry is preferred
