As a Regional Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth through the development and implementation of effective sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and negotiating deals to secure new business.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed company targets.
  2. New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate deals to secure new business.
  3. Team Leadership: Train and mentor sales team members to improve overall effectiveness and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Essential Skills
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Sales Experience: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is a must for this position.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the industry is a plus but not essential.
