Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials SME & Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials Subject Matter Expert and Project Manager to lead implementation, support, and optimization of finance systems. Key responsibilities include serving as SME for Oracle Fusion Financials, overseeing configuration, rollout, testing, and support.

About the Role

This role requires deep technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial modules and strong project management skills to deliver scalable finance solutions aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will have 12+ years of experience in finance systems implementation/support and 8+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as SME for Oracle Fusion Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, Expenses, Cash Management), overseeing configuration, rollout, testing, and support.
  2. Lead full lifecycle implementation projects, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
  3. Act as primary liaison between internal teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely, in-scope, and quality delivery.
  4. Manage Oracle quarterly updates and system refreshes, coordinating testing and deployment.
  5. Drive implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance for new entities, gathering requirements, designing architecture, and overseeing configuration and UAT.
  6. Identify gaps and recommend enhancements or custom solutions to improve processes.
  7. Provide training, support, and documentation for end-users; ensure effective post-go-live support.
  8. Collaborate with finance stakeholders to promote adoption and meet business objectives.
  9. Lead project governance meetings including SteerCo, reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
  10. Oversee development and deployment of financial reports and dashboards.
  11. Validate system design, configurations, and manage data import/load processes.
Requirements
  1. 12+ years in finance systems implementation/support, with 8+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  2. Completed at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
  3. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP and EPM modules.
  4. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  5. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Understanding of how IT solutions enable finance operations.
  7. Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
