Project Leadership Opportunity

A dynamic and strategic leader is required to oversee the implementation of IT projects across various business units. This role involves managing all stages of project development, from planning to delivery, ensuring effective collaboration between internal stakeholders and technical teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including ASP.Net, VB.net, SQL Server, and C#.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
