Job Title: Platform Manager

Job Description

The role of a Platform Manager involves overseeing the platform and ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions, focusing on client interactions. The candidate will work with stakeholders to drive platform innovation, handle client queries, and support the development and maintenance of systems, BI tools, and analytics platforms.

  • Deploy and manage Tableau Server.
  • Support backend operations, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science or Data Science.
  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in managing Tableau Server in an enterprise environment.
  • Understanding of data infrastructure, networking, security, and server management.
  • Knowledge of ETL, testing tools, and automation technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
