Clinical Nurse Coordinator Role

This position involves the coordination of patient care, ensuring timely delivery of core processes and managing scheduling and staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care, ensuring timely delivery of core processes and managing scheduling and staffing.

  • Coordinate patient care and ensure timely delivery of core processes
  • Manage scheduling and staffing of individual cohort
  • Conduct rounds at patients' homes, provide patient education and review documentation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds as applicable and plan patient care accordingly
  • Act as a clinical resource person for staff and patients and conduct teaching sessions as needed
  • Provide remote assistance to staff working in home settings
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school
  • Minimum three years of nursing experience
  • Valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety measures
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in shift duties
