Key Responsibilities:

Facility Maintenance

  • Ensure that facilities are well-maintained and meet company standards.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.

Outdoor Staff Supervision

  • Supervise outdoor staff, including kitchen staff, security, drivers, sanitation personnel, and maintenance workers.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and productivity.

Event Planning and Execution

  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, functions, and extracurricular activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations during events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree with proven experience in facility management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant administrative software.
