Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Analysis Manager to join our Agile Scrum team. The ideal candidate will have project management and business analysis experience, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams in the delivery of projects, building relationships with stakeholders, and promoting a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver critical business priorities and projects across multiple teams.
  • Ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-constrained delivery using Agile Project Management.
  • Lead teams in project delivery and build relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Clear blockers and assist teams in delivering critical enhancements.
  • Work with leadership on agile team mapping to deliver best business results using key skillsets.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile software development methodology.
  • A minimum of three years of leadership experience in management or supervisory positions with a sizeable team.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), ACP or Scrummaster certification is a plus.
