E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scaling businesses and increasing revenue on the platform.

  • Account Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon seller account, including monitoring account health and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Product Listing Optimization: Create and manage product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates, using keyword research and high-quality images.
  • Brand Scaling: Develop strategies to grow our brand presence on Amazon, expanding into new marketplaces and optimizing existing product lines.
  • Advertising Management: Plan and implement Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Market Expansion: Research opportunities for expanding our brand into new Amazon marketplaces, ensuring compliance with local regulations and laws.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report findings to the leadership team.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor products and strategies to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Reviews: Experience with strategies to increase positive reviews organically.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon's advertising platform.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating adaptability, focus, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Required qualifications include:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing Amazon private label brands in multiple marketplaces.
  • Proven experience in scaling brands and increasing revenue on Amazon.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout.
  • Experience with Amazon PPC management and optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred skills include:

  • Experience with international shipping and logistics.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and its integration with Amazon strategies.
