Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who possesses a deep understanding of WordPress, along with expertise in AI, automation, API integrations, and plugin development. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions on the WordPress platform.

You will manage code using Git and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
  • Optimize WordPress installations for speed, scalability, and performance
  • Implement and manage API integrations between WordPress and third-party services (e.g., CRM systems, payment gateways, marketing tools)
  • Create and manage custom RESTful APIs as needed
  • Utilize AI technologies to enhance site functionality and user experience
  • Develop custom automation scripts and workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
  • Design scalable, maintainable, and effective architectures for WordPress solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on WordPress
  • Strong experience with WordPress development, including theme and plugin development
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST and SOAP)
  • Familiarity with AI and automation tools and frameworks
  • Experience with version control systems, especially Git
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in leading technical projects or mentoring junior developers is a plus
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and deployment practices
  • Experience with performance optimization tools for WordPress
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and implementation
