We're seeking a seasoned backend professional to lead the development of scalable systems and integrate AI components. This role involves designing and building high-performance architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our products.

  • Develop robust, efficient, and highly available backend systems using Go.
  • Implement AI-driven solutions using Python and integrate them seamlessly with Golang-based systems.
  • Design, implement, and manage event-driven architectures using tools like Kafka.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and integrate AI-powered applications into our portfolio.
  • Optimize backend systems for performance, latency, and scalability in production environments.
  • Maintain code quality through effective testing frameworks and participate in code reviews.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience with Golang, including its concurrency model (goroutines, channels).
  • Knowledge of Python, particularly for integrating AI components.
  • Experience with AI/ML integration, including using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Solid experience working with event-driven systems using tools like Kafka.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs using Go.
  • Familiarity with message brokers and queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Proficiency with Git for source code management.
  • Strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD).
