About the Role

To effectively manage vendor relationships and drive business value through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and onboard vendors to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor vendor performance through KPIs, scorecards, and regular reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Lead risk management efforts including risk assessments, audits, and mitigation planning.
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, security, finance, and business stakeholders to select, negotiate, and onboard vendors.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
  • Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation, cost savings, and service improvements.
The Experience We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Strong background in contract negotiation, vendor relationship management, and performance evaluation.
  • Experience in risk management, compliance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships, resolving conflicts and ensuring vendor alignment.
  • Effective time-management skills with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, optimizing vendor performance and cost management.
