At GoodWe, we are committed to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in the renewable energy sector. We are seeking an experienced Renewable Energy Consultant to join our team in Pakistan.
As a Renewable Energy Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth by building strong relationships with technical stakeholders within our distributor, installer, and EPC network.
Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality workshops and trainings to partners and customers, conducting online webinars and trainings, and supporting our sales teams with project specifications.
You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our HQ teams to understand and communicate the correct features and specifications from our portfolio to the local staff, partners, and customers.
Responsibilities:- Deliver face-to-face workshops and trainings to partners and customers.
- Conduct online webinars and trainings for partners and customers.
- Support the sales teams with project specifications.
- Accompany sales teams on customer visits during strategic negotiations.
- Perform project simulations and design work for customers.
- Design and create portfolio presentations.
- Develop and present product and feature presentations.
- Create SOP documents detailing product and feature specifications.
- Produce SOP videos explaining product and feature functionalities.
- Participate in and manage exhibitions and PV trade shows.
- Deliver lectures and present face-to-face on PV Forums and events.
- Provide training to internal Pakistani staff (after-sales engineers, sales teams, etc).
- Train and certify the technical staff of partners according to channel policy.
- Collaborate closely with HQ teams to understand and communicate the correct features and specifications from our portfolio to the local staff, partners, and customers.
- Work actively with the marketing team to establish a promotion network with 3rd party partners (training companies, digital influencers, and distributors).
- Support the marketing team with content creation and promotions.
- Gather market product demands from the Pakistan market.
- Analyze market demands and propose new products and features.
- Collect and organize product information, solution information, and main customer information from competitors.
- Analyze and provide feedback on standards requirements from local regulations.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Photovoltaics, Renewable Energy, or comparable field.
- Advanced knowledge of PV Inverters.
- Excellent understanding of AutoCAD and PVSyst.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other PV software.
- Strong professional network in the renewable energy sector, particularly in the Solar PV industry.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw).
