Job Title: A320 Captain (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad)

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced pilot to join our team as an A320 Captain. As a key member of our flight operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of passengers and cargo.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial aviation, with a minimum of 2000 hours of Pilot-in-Command experience on the A320 family of aircraft. They will also possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assigned flights in accordance with Company Operational Manual and CAA regulations.
  • Ensure ultimate safety, security, and efficiency are achieved throughout all operated flights.
  • Support and guide flight/cabin crew, handle emergencies and ad-hoc scenarios effectively.
  • Take control over the flight to ensure successful performance and positive corporate image.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2000 hours PIC on A320 family.
  • Minimum 5000 hours total flying experience.
  • Trainers with TRE/ TRI/ LTC experience will be given preference.
  • Valid licenses, valid Class 1 medical, and Valid IR.
  • Valid English Language Proficiency certification above level 4.
  • Appropriate CPL/ATPL license.
  • Pass the technical & psychometric assessment, and Medical Fitness Check up for Pilots as per Company/CAA standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with low cost airline is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Crew Resources Management Training is considered an advantage.
  • IATA principles & standards relating to security is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Aircraft systems, proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and Web Search, Technical reports writing, presentations, etc.
