Digital Insights Executive Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Digital Insights Executive to join our team in Lahore. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing continuous, objective, relevant information, analysis, and advice to evaluate the end-to-end consumer journey (online to offline).

The successful candidate will drive actionable insights and make business recommendations through analysis of digital and offline channels, campaigns, consumer insights, and competitor tracking. This includes providing timely marketing information to facilitate decision-making, monitoring strategy implementation, and serving as a data strategy SME in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure accurate digital data.
  • Participate in campaign discussions and advise based on data capabilities and consumer insights.
  • Analyze performance data across brands and formats using digital tools and AI models.
  • Consolidate digital analytics and provide recommendations.
  • Conduct social listening, trend monitoring, and competitor analysis.
  • Enhance data sources and analytics tools.
  • Lead analytics implementation with tools like Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch.
  • Provide forecasting for planning activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and business strategy.
  • At least 3 years in Digital Marketing, Data, Analytics, or related roles.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends.
