Senior Data Analyst – Advanced Analytics

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This role will sit at the intersection of business intelligence and data science, supporting high-impact projects related to churn, marketing funnels, CAC/LTV modeling, and customer behavior prediction.

About the Role
  • Analyze user behavior and subscription data to identify drivers of churn, conversion, and retention
  • Build and maintain CAC/LTV models to support ROI optimization across marketing and content acquisition
  • Develop predictive models and machine learning solutions to improve customer experience and retention
  • Conduct deep dives into key business trends, delivering insightful narratives supported by data and visualizations
  • Translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders through dashboards, presentations, and reports
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in digital/OTT/e-commerce environments
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, user segmentation, and retention strategy
  • Strong experience in SQL; familiarity with Python, model-building, or ML tools is a plus
  • Comfort working with visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivoting, macros, advanced formulas)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights
