We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Junior Visa Officer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with visa application processing, document verification, and customer support, ensuring compliance with all immigration regulations and internal procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review and process visa applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify applicant documents for authenticity and accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with applicants regarding requirements, status updates, or additional information needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Provide exceptional support and information to applicants via email, phone, or in person.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant immigration laws and policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Prior experience in visa or immigration processing is highly desirable.
