Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Officer, located in Karāchi. The Visa Officer will be responsible for processing visa applications, assessing eligibility and immigration issues, and providing comprehensive customer service. The day-to-day tasks include interacting with applicants, ensuring proper documentation, updating relevant systems, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires effective communication to explain procedures, resolve inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of visa processes and immigration issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduation Preferred
  • 6-1 year experience in visa processing, travel, or immigration consultancy is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of visa categories, documentation requirements, and embassy procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
