Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Visa Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with visa application processing, document verification, and customer support, ensuring compliance with all immigration regulations and internal procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Review and process visa applications
  • Verify applicant documents for accuracy and authenticity
  • Communicate with applicants regarding requirements, status updates, or additional information
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Provide support and information to applicants via email, phone, or in person
  • Follow all relevant immigration laws and policies
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Prior experience in visa or immigration processing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
