
Support Office Manager

The ideal candidate will assist the Office Manager in developing business intelligence reports, PowerPoint presentations and strategic analysis.
They will collaborate with departmental managers to gather information for future organizational policies and procedures.
They will develop memos and policies on operational guidelines and management practices. The candidate will analyze and assess existing processes, identifying gaps and recommended solutions, including automation when required.
They will manage the Office Manager's calendar, coordinating travel plans and daily activities in line with objectives. Other tasks may be assigned by management from time to time.
Requirements- Highly motivated and energetic with a huge appetite for work and growth
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong time management, teamwork, and team leadership skills
- Ability to work across different departments and teams
