Job Overview

The Front Desk Officer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing an exceptional experience to our guests. This includes managing front-end floor operations, maintaining protocols, and supporting staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Deliver outstanding service to all employees, visitors, clients, and guests, projecting a professional image of the organization.
  • General Administration: Manage protocols, supervise housekeeping tasks, coordinate with departments, and report timely.
  • Inventory and Record Keeping: Maintain attendance sheets, stock issuance records, gen set and electric meter sheets, water supply records, daily headcount sheets, floor equipment management, guest/visitor sheets, dispatch sheets, and gate passes records.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as hospitality management or business administration.
  • Previous experience in receptionist duties, customer service, or related fields is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting professionally with clients are essential.
  • Proficient in Google Suite and basic computer skills; knowledge of office equipment, including phones and printers.
  • Ability to perform various office tasks, such as filing and organizing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations are critical.

This role requires excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
