Marketing and Sales Representative

We are seeking a sales expert with strong marketing management skills to manage customer relationships, online orders through telemarketing, and promote sales on various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in indoor settings for female candidates and both indoor and outdoor settings for male candidates.
  2. Order Confirmation: Confirm online orders via telemarketing calls, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  3. Social Media Promotion: Represent the organization on various social media platforms to boost sales and brand visibility.
  4. WhatsApp Marketing Strategy: Utilize WhatsApp as a marketing tool to promote services and engage with customers.
  5. Phone Management: Serve as the designated holder of the official phone, responsible for all business communications.
  6. Accounting Invoicing: Create professional invoices using accounting software, maintaining accurate records.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, honesty, competence, intelligence, and proficiency in English. A background in Software Engineering or IT/CS is preferred, but not mandatory.
