Job Description

The English Language Development Professional will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging instructional activities to enhance students' language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the approved curriculum.
  • Select and utilize effective teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse student needs.
  • Assign homework to reinforce and extend students' language skills.
  • Monitor and assess individual student progress using various evaluation strategies.
  • Participate in administering external language proficiency tests and examinations.
  • Maintain accurate records of each student's progress and development.
  • Promote student well-being and address concerns as necessary.
  • Engage in collaborative meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum Education: Bachelor of Arts or Master Degree in English, Education, or a related field.
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in teaching languages or a related area.
