Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain swift responses to customer inquiries via phone call.
  • Provide accurate and efficient resolutions for complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with similar product symptoms to offer accurate solutions.
Requirements:
  • O-Levels/Intermediate or above qualification.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with an IT background.
  • American or neutral accent preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
