Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues while guiding them through the claim filing process.
- Maintain swift responses to customer inquiries via phone call.
- Provide accurate and efficient resolutions for complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
- Stay up-to-date with similar product symptoms to offer accurate solutions.
- O-Levels/Intermediate or above qualification.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with an IT background.
- American or neutral accent preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
