ERP Implementation Expert - Digital Transformation

Solution Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP implementation expert to lead digital transformation for enterprise clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and customer engagement to ensure seamless ERP deployments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design scalable, high-performing ERP solutions that align with client business needs
  • Ensure seamless integration with third-party applications, legacy systems, and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions based on best practices
  • Drive the adoption of Success by Design methodology and Life Cycle Services (LCS)

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT
  • Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert (preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years in ERP consulting, with at least 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Successfully led at least 5 full-cycle ERP implementations

Desired Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Retail)
  • Hands-on experience in GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cost Accounting, and Warehouse Management
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Landed Cost Management, and Power Platform modules is a plus

This is a mid-senior level position that requires excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities are also essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to manage multiple projects, mentor teams, and drive excellence.
