Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for turning data into meaningful insights and presenting clear, actionable steps to drive informed decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Study performance dashboards tracking key KPIs and progress toward strategic goals.
  • Support analysis and reporting on programs related to appreciation, recognition, and life events.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and reach of culture and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop executive-level reports and presentations summarizing key trends, findings, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to prepare briefing materials for leadership forums.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze ongoing projects.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve project outcomes and resolve bottlenecks.
