Medical Billing Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Manager to join our medical billing operations team in Karachi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end revenue cycle from patient registration and insurance verification to claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the complete revenue cycle ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to services.
- Review and apply proper coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) for all services.
- Submit clean claims electronically to payers.
- Monitor unpaid claims, manage AR, and follow up with payers for outstanding balances.
- Resolve claim rejections, denials, and appeals promptly.
- Post payments and reconcile billing data in the system.
- Collaborate with physicians, billers, and payers to address discrepancies while maintaining compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of billing activities and prepare performance reports.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), EOBs, and denial management.
- Hands-on experience with billing/practice management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and spoken English communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
