About this role:

As a Product Development Specialist, you will work closely with senior product managers to shape our product strategy and roadmap. You will be involved in every phase of the product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring our offerings meet user needs.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who is customer-focused and eager to learn. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Help define product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback and market research.
  • Work with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Monitor product performance metrics and implement improvements based on data analysis.
  • Participate in product launch activities and coordinate with marketing for effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Support senior product managers in maintaining the product backlog and organizing sprints.

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or experience in product management is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills with a customer-centered mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies is preferred.
  • Passion for technology and desire to create user-centric products.
