
Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our sales team as a Telesales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting leads generated by our marketing efforts, qualifying them based on their needs and potential, and assigning qualified leads to our sales team.
Your excellent communication skills and ability to quickly assess customer needs will be crucial to our sales success.
- Contact and qualify inbound leads generated through various marketing channels (online, social media, etc.).
- Conduct effective needs assessments to understand customer requirements for solar energy solutions.
- Explain the benefits and features of our products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns.
- Filter leads based on pre-defined criteria, identifying high-potential prospects for the sales team.
- Accurately record and manage lead information in our CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead qualification targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date on our product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing and sales teams.
- Qualify leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements.
- Explain product benefits and features to customers.
- Record and manage lead information in our CRM system.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telesales or a related customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and questioning skills, with the ability to identify customer needs quickly.
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers and handle objections effectively.
- Familiarity with solar energy and/or water filtration systems is a plus, but not required.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
This is a full-time position, working on-site at our office.
