Job Title:

Deputy Chief Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive delivery strategy that aligns with LNG arrival schedules, terminal outages, and volumetric flow rate demands to meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Oversee contracts between the organization and EETPL, ensuring operator performance meets contractual obligations.
  • Review and approve regas plans in accordance with 90 DS plans from LNG suppliers.
  • Safeguard the organization's contractual rights by ensuring parties fulfill their obligations as stipulated in the contract.
  • Finalize annual reconciliations of capacity and utilization charges based on tonnage processed in the contract year.
  • Calculate terminal availability based on the organization's nomination and daily throughput by EETPL terminal for monthly invoicing and to ensure availability requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits of LNG terminal operations and contracts.
  • Maintain and update the LNG Risk Register (Operations & Contracts) to highlight critical risks and mitigate them timely.
  • Oversee procurement processes regarding retainage audit and operation safety procedure audit of EETPL LNG import terminal according to established rules.
  • Maintain liaison with supply chain stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted and smooth supply chain.
  • Review and finalize maintenance plans of LNG terminal.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
