This position aims to bridge management and operational teams, ensuring the structural development of the terminal through administrative policy development and fieldwork according to standard practices.

Responsibilities
  • Increase operational capacity by improving performance, monitoring expenses, and developing strategies for safe, cost-efficient operations. Ensure achievement of operational targets and provide daily updates to management on activities such as loading, dispatch, and imports.
  • Support management decision-making by providing relevant information for informed decisions.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee staff work to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational and procedural standards.
  • Monitor and direct dispatch activities, including tracking, routing, and transportation dispatching.
  • Conduct safety audits, hold meetings with staff, and participate in safety initiatives to promote safety and ongoing education.
  • Implement necessary changes to transportation services, policies, or schedules.
  • Ensure staff compliance with safety, administrative, environmental policies, union contracts, and regulations.
  • Manage operational activities to ensure smooth delivery and explore new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with staff and managers to develop and modify goals, procedures, policies, and objectives.
  • Support operational and technical staff in implementing procedures to meet quality and HSSE standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and service teams for terminal upkeep and upgrades.

Education and Experience

B.E. in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering.

15-20 years of relevant field experience, including at least 8 years in senior management.
