Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to drive business growth in the niche of Design and Animation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, establishing long-term client relationships, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Design and Animation niche.
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, focusing on meeting key performance indicators.
  • Create compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently and professionally.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Design and Animation projects, with a demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Self-starter, with a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
