Marketing & Digital Content Role

CEDRUS is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing & Digital Content Associate. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or early professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in email marketing, social media content creation, and digital brand management.

As part of a dynamic, remote-first team, you'll support day-to-day marketing activities while building the foundational skills needed for a successful career in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and creating engaging content for social media (posts, stories, videos, etc.) using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Manage and regularly update Connect 2 Remote's social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, creating layouts, and tracking performance.
  • Draft content calendars and coordinate posting schedules to maintain consistent brand presence.
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies, campaign ideas, and outreach activities.
  • Monitor analytics across platforms to help assess content performance and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct basic competitor research and stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy.
  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
