Job Title: Talent Operations Specialist

Senior People Operations Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Senior People Operations Analyst to deliver exceptional service to employees and managers, manage people processes effectively, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolve employee questions regarding reimbursements, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related matters in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collect and submit payroll-related data to service providers, statutory filing requirements, payroll approvals, and payment confirmations to ensure global payroll and compensation compliance.
  • Maintain company systems of record including HRIS, payroll, benefits, and external technology solutions as well as internal employee records.
  • Assist with the employee life cycle from onboarding to termination and provide applicable information and resources to employees.
  • Support employees and managers regarding People Team policies, procedures, systems, and tools.
  • Assist with employee programs to celebrate anniversaries and other milestones.
  • Create automation solutions and standardize HR processes to align with scaling needs.
  • Design and maintain documentation for key people processes and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the People Technology team to support ad-hoc report requests.
Ideal Background:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a People Operations role with understanding of local payroll policies/laws.
  • Experience in managing people operations in a global/multinational organization is preferred.
  • Experience with Workday HCM and Report Writer.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • JIRA system knowledge.
